Babydoll Dance: the Viral Two-Step

Three people in dark suits, sunglasses and a bouncy two-step to Jamie Miller's "Babydoll" - the routine everyone on TikTok is copying right now. Here is what it is and how to put yourself in a clip.

Updated September 2026

What the Babydoll dance is

In August 2026 singer Jamie Miller released "Babydoll" and posted a clip of himself and two friends in dark suits and sunglasses doing a simple, bouncy two-step on the street, captioned "Had to hit the babydoll two step". It passed 6.5 million views by mid-October, and tutorials - including one from dance teacher Xito Rico - turned it into the routine everyone copies.

The moves

  • Start with your back to the camera, then turn around on the beat.
  • A close-up beat - the sunglasses go on.
  • Bouncy two-step forward: small chugs, circling arms, a step out to the side.
  • An arm thrown high to finish - usually danced as a three-person line.

Not the only "Babydoll"

This trend is Jamie Miller's two-step. It is different from Dominic Fike's 2018 song "Babydoll", which powered a slower, sway-heavy edit trend earlier in 2026, and from generic "baby doll" AI clips. The track is a commercial release, so AI tools do not ship the audio - add the trending sound inside TikTok or Reels when you post.

The two-person versions

The trend's second wave is duets: couples, siblings, grandparents and pets doing the two-step side by side. That is the part our booth handles - this site renders a different routine, the two-person orange-booth rap performance, from two photos. Same idea, different staging.

Upload one clear photo per person, wait a few minutes, and a vertical MP4 lands in your library. Label it AI-generated and add the trending sound in your editor before posting.

Doing it responsibly

  • Use your own photos, or photos of people who agreed to it.
  • Switch on the AI-content label when you post generated clips.
  • This site is an independent fan tool - the songs and the original performances belong to their artists.
